Features of an estimation of personnel potential of customs administration in the Russian Federation in the context of integration processes in the EAEU

This article is devoted to the theoretical aspects of the system of personnel potential assessment of customs authorities, analyzes the organization and requirements for professional training taking into consideration the conditions of the integration processes of the EAEU. Analysis is conducted which identifies the main problems in the organization of training of state customs officials.
