The article discusses digital evidence as an object of assessment. The author offers a layout for his description and the formation of information about him. Establishes that the digital certificate meets all the properties of the object of assessment - it is a circulating object of civil law, has title and legal documents, and the result of its assessment can be used to determine the price both for making a transaction with it and for other actions.
