Drugs pose a serious threat to the health and well-being of all mankind, the independence of States, democracy, the stability of Nations, the structure of all societies. By virtue of its General purpose, the customs authorities of most countries are an integral part of the system of bodies ensuring the security of the state, since the competence of the customs authorities includes the issues of combating smuggling and other crimes in the field of customs, the suppression of illegal traffic across the customs border of narcotic drugs. In turn, smugglers are improving the routes and methods of delivery of deadly goods, involve in their business different segments of the population and entire ethnic groups, attach to non-medical drug use an increasing number of people, which determines the relevance of the consideration and solution of this problem at the state level.
