Features of the organization and economic activity of public corporations in the Russian Federation (on the example of Rosatom GC, Rusnano GC and others)

The problem of effective implementation by state bodies of the functions stipulated by legislation is being raised more and more often lately, since, in general, non-profit organizations are recognized throughout the world as mandatory elements of a mature civil society. Recently, in the Russian Federation, there has been a heated discussion around the prospects for the existence of non-profit organizations in the form of state corporations. This scientific article discusses the features of their organization and economic activity, as well as the problems of their effective existence.
