Special features of organizing and exlpoiting military men in solving economic problems in the final stages of the Civil War and Great Patriotic War: a comparative characteristic

The scientific paper depicts general and specific features of organizing and exploiting military personnel of the Red Army in the final stages of the Civil War (1920-1921) and the great Patriotic War (1944-1945). The author notes that, during the Great Patriotic war, the state management was able to engage military personnel in solving economic problems and challenges in a more rational and effective manner by applying the existing experience and practices of state development and rejecting ideological dogmas. Differences, which characterize period of the great Patriotic War, are: the priority of combat missions before all else; the more accurate differentiation of human resources used on labor fronts and battle fronts; the limited use of fronts areas; the desire to decrease economic burden by creating subsidiary farms on battle fronts; the organization of produced basic necessities by military forces.
