Peculiarities of immune status formation in women with purulent inflammatory adnexal diseases

The paper presents clinical and treatment data about 109 patients with complicated forms of purulent inflammatory adnexal diseases. I group - 66 women with purulent inflammatory adnexal diseases without intrauterus contraception; II group - 43 women with purulent inflammatory adnexal diseases (with intrauterus contraception). Factor analysis was used for evaluation of significance of hemo immunogram of patients. We revealed: I group - four main components determine formation of immune response. The main factor was associated with cell process of immunity, activation and apoptosis of lymphocytes, IFN-y production, protein components of blood; II group - two factors influence on regulation of immune system and homeostasis. The indices of immune status, production of cytokines and blood serum proteins are whole level of regulation. These differences determine the necessity of varied therapy of purulent inflammatory adnexal diseases.
