Particular qualities of land use organization in system of small town’s territorial frame (on the example of town Tara)

Issues of small town’s functioning are actual at the present time. In Russian Federation small towns account about 30 percent of total localities, they realize social and economic communication of rural settlements and big cities. In the article problems of small towns’ land organization were considered on the example of town Tara of Omsk region. Assignment of basic centers, suburban territory allows to evaluate changes in land use of different town’s districts. It is shown in the article, that location about the center and transport ways has influence with land structure of districts. Particular qualities of town’s ecological, economic and social frames were realized, main links were identified. The research detected, that the small towns’ land use system depends on location of territorial frame.
