Features of organizational behavior staff

In modern conditions of development of organizations, one of the most important aspects is the formation of a set of measures aimed at modernizing the organizational sector, including the organizational behavior of employees in order to increase the productivity of an individual employee and the organization as a whole. The article discusses the organizational behavior, its processes and the peculiarities of building various relationships within and outside the organization. Particular attention pays to the explanation such as analysis and prediction of various kinds of reactions and behavioral factors of staff. The impact of organizational behavior on production efficiency and human resource development is assessed.
