The article substantiates the importance of the organizational behavior of scientific organizations and their staff for the successful implementation of the goals of the national project "Science". The thesis is substantiated that the new economy introduces significant changes in knowledge of management and management practices. The creative nature of labor, scientific and technical cooperation, the nature of the results of research and development, the presence of a key customer in the person of the state are described as factors determining the features of organizational behavior in scientific organizations
