Features of the organizational culture of IT companies

The article highlights the distinctive features of the organizational culture of IT companies, which determine the further main directions of its improvement. The authors of the study concluded that there are differences in approaches to personnel search and selection in IT companies, where hackathons are used along with traditional methods to find talented IT specialists. Taking into account the specifics of IT product development, the conclusion is made about the effectiveness of using the Agile methodology for project management, which allows developing soft skills among specialists. The importance of corporate training for the employee's awareness of the value of their activities in the team is revealed. Based on the results of the study, the main directions for maintaining and developing the organizational culture of IT companies are formulated.
