Features of organizational culture in the IT sphere

Organizational culture is an important component of the success of any company. This article discusses the features of the development of organizational culture in the IT sphere under the influence of flexible methodologies, namely Agile, its main provisions and influence on the formation of certain norms, rules and values of the organization. The advantages and disadvantages of this methodology are identified, as well as its features from the point of view of organizational culture in the service sector, which allows us to consider the process of creating a product from a new point of view.
