Features of the organizational structure of the management of the first pedagogical university of Kyrgyzstan (1932-1936)

The relevance of studying the experience of organizational work of the first Soviet higher pedagogical educational institutions is substantiated. The history of the development of higher education in Kyrgyzstan in the period from 1932 to 1936 is considered. The features of the organizational structure of the management of a pedagogical university in the USSR in the first half of the 20th century are highlighted, which made it possible to establish a new system of training teachers and in a short time to eliminate the illiteracy of the country’s population and raise the level of public education. The conclusion is made about the effectiveness of the linear-functional model of university management, which can be used in the conditions of modern higher education.
