Features of an organized group and a criminal community (criminal organization)

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the most dangerous and complexly structured forms of complicity - an organized group and a criminal community (criminal organization). Characteristic features have been identified for each of them, which make it possible to distinguish not only them from each other, but also from other forms of complicity (groups of persons and groups of persons by prior agreement). The points of view of various scientists are given, the practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation is considered. According to the results of the study, despite the use of evaluation categories by the legislator, distinctive features are indicated in the thesis.
