Levels of hemodynamic changes under load, adaptation to physical exercise and athletic performance depends on the types of autonomic regulation. For diagnosis of autonomic regulation we use the methods which are based on registration and interpretation cardiorhythmograms. Combined with the tilt test, these methods are accessible and informative for identifying types of autonomic regulation and predicting sports results.
