Features of state environmental supervision during an adverse situation caused by COVID-19 coronavirus infection

The article analyzes the measures taken by the Government of the Russian Federation aimed at establishing a special procedure for conducting inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the implementation of state control (supervision) during an adverse situation caused by COVID-19. The author examines the normative legal acts adopted by the Government of the Russian Federation in order to support businesses and the population. Makes a conclusion about the correctness of the anti-crisis measures taken.
