Peculiarities of the industry of the alcohol industry at the present stage

The alcohol industry in Russia is distinguished for its social significance and extreme dependence on state regulation. A particular feature of the industry is the shadow nature of a significant part of the market, which does not allow to determine with certainty its role in the Russian economy. However, this does not negate the fact that at present it is one of the leading branches of the country's economy in terms of volumes and level of attractiveness for entrepreneurs, while taking a leading position among other sectors of the food industry. This article examines the industry's features over the past three years.
