Peculiarities of responsibility of partners in the illegal organization and (or) conduct of gambling

The article deals with the peculiarities of complicity in the Commission of a crime under article 171.2 CRIMINAL CODE. The features of a group of persons by prior agreement, as a form of complicity in the illegal organization and (or) gambling. The article analyses the peculiarities of liability of partners of a group of persons upon a preliminary collusion.
