Peculiarities of Responsibility of Subjects of Delegated Jurisdiction for Defects of Individual Legal Acts

The article examines in a comparative aspect various legal circumstances related to the responsibility of subjects of delegated and public jurisdiction for the adoption of defective individual legal acts, that is, non-normative legal acts that do not comply with legislation, adopted in violation of the established procedure and affecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations. Differences have been identified in the property basis of liability, in the subjective side of the grounds of liability, in the amount of liability, in the procedure for invalidating individual legal acts of subjects of public and delegated jurisdiction and in the procedure for bringing to responsibility, and others. Examples from judicial practice illustrating the author’s position are given.
