In this article the author clarifies the main characteristics of a personal maturity and establishes the interaction between a personal maturity and educational goal-setting. According to the step analysis of goalsetting: goal formation, goal achievement and goal realization, the author describes peculiarities of pedagogical goal-setting which depend on the level of development of personal maturity among teachers in secondary schools.
