The article refers to the full and short systems of judicial acts review rendered under the Federal Bankruptcy Act. The full system includes two subsystems: absolute and relative. The author develops absolute - full, relative full and short systems of judicial acts review. Special terms of appealing are also developed. The article is the attempt to understand the above systems of judicial acts review.
