The characteristic features of the reorganization of tibial arterial bed for filling the defect of leg bones using the technique of multilevel lengthening of the proximal fragment (experimental study)

The study is based on the experience of filling post-resection tibial defects using the technique of two-level lengthening the proximal tibial fragment provided for preserved medullary blood flow. The characteristic features of tibial arterial bed recovery have been studied at different stages of observation, the quantitative characteristic of the remodeling of the nutrient artery intraosseous bed is given based on computer technologies.
