Features of experience of application of antiretroviral therapies at a HIV-infected

The paper addresses the problem of building motivation and commitment to the treatment of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) in HIV-infected. It is shown that the reasons for which a significant number of HIV-positive or refuse to stop treatment, are psychological in nature. We describe a comprehensive approach to the study of psychological factors influencing adherence of antiretroviral therapy.
