Features of the process approach to management of railway transportation

This article describes the features of the process approach to the management of rail transportation in the modern world. The principles of the process approach are indicated, the basic definitions of the process management of the enterprise are given. The main criteria and evaluations of the process approach to the management board of an enterprise engaged in rail transportation are highlighted.
