Features of preparation of the psychologist-consultant for professional activity

The Article is devoted to the formation of value-semantic and motivational-volitional readiness for psychological counseling on the basis of phenomenological and existential-humanistic approaches. Theoretical and methodological possibilities of the decision of formation of professionalism of the psychologist-consultant are considered. The theoretical model and technological algorithm of preparation of the psychologist-consultant developed and approved on the basis of psychological and pedagogical faculty of RSPU are offered. A. I.
