Peculiarities of training specialists in the sphere of physical education in modern conditions

In new social - economic conditions such kinds of physical - educational professional activities as: recreational, rehabilitational, tourists, managering, are becoming more and more actual. At the same time it is necessary to preserve the teaching staff and to reduce the staff of trainers. While preparing experts it is important to take into account social - economic situation in the society. Experts in their turn should meet the demands of the society; take into consideration labour market and regional infrastructures. The technique when a trainee appears to be in the position of an active participant of the process of cognition should be recognized as the only constructive. And it is under the teacher's guidance that an active participant acquires his (her) own knowledge. Perfection of vocational training in the sphere of physical education should be connected with the expansion of educational space, with reforming organizational structures and improvement of training technologies.
