The features of funeral ceremony of steppe Pre-Ural nomads of the XIII-XIV centuries

The article is devoted to the analysis of material of 276 burials of steppe Pre-Ural nomads of the XIII-XIV centuries. The burials were divided into types according to the character of surface construction and method of horse burial. Description and comparison of burial types, mapping of monuments enabled author to draw some conclusions. Differences in burials surface constructions indicate tribal peculiarities and influence of religious and social factors. The forms of horse burials indicate ethnic differences.
