In article results of comparative analysis the dynamics of indicators of totoal blood analysis are given in postnatal period at HIV-infected women (the 3-rd stage) and at women without accompanying infections. It is shown that the 3-rd stage of HIV-infection authentically worsens blood indicators at women before childbirth only in the presence of accompanying infections.
