Specifics of the social sphere modernization in the contemporary society (case study of health care system development in the United Kingdom and Russia)

The article substantiates the significance of learning the British experience in reformation of the social sphere, in particular, the healthcare system modernization, for Russia. The special attention is paid to the theoretic aspects of the modernization policy development as regards healthcare in the United Kingdom and Russia.
