Features of the procedure for paying alimony for the maintenance of minor children in Russia, Japan and China

The well-being of children is directly related to the proper fulfillment of the duties of parents, not only for their upbringing, but also for their maintenance. Currently, some parents, due to various circumstances, improperly fulfill the obligation to support their children or refuse it altogether. In this regard, the rights of children become the most vulnerable. This situation is inherent not only in Russia, but also in other countries. The article provides a comparative legal analysis of the grounds and procedure for paying alimony in Russia, Japan and China. The conclusion is made about the need to improve the institution of alimony obligations.
