Peculiarities of postural control of wrestlers of the greek-roman style preferring the right-side handstand

Бесплатный доступ

The investigation results of static stability of highly qualified wrestlers of the Greek-Roman style, who prefer the right-side handstand, are presented in the article. An attempt to reveal physiological mechanisms determining functional asymmetry of the support either on dominant or subdominant foot was undertaken with the help of bilateral computer stabilography and imitation of the preferred and alternative handstand. The data received are perspective for an individualization of the training process.
