Advanced training features of teachers of general educational organization for education of children with disabilities

This article discusses the implementation of additional professional education programs for children with disabilities. Considering the fact that the development of adapted educational programs, on which the realization of the content of education for children with disabilities, is the responsibility of educational organization, school principals there are some questions to the directors associated with the creation of conditions for the implementation of such programs. The contents of the article describe the experience of scientific and methodological support for the introduction of federal state educational standards of the education of children with disabilities which is gained by Chelyabinsk Institute of Retraining and Improvement of Professional Skill of Educators in the testing standards referred to in the period from 2014 to 2015. This context is reflected through the prism of advanced training on the management of the implementation of adapted educational programs.
