Entrepreneurship of law on administrative supervision in administrative court

The article deals with judicial practice on administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty. Over the past few years, the legal institution of administrative supervision for persons released from places of deprivation of liberty, reintroduced in 2011 by the legislator, has been widely developed. An analysis of the judicial practice in this area showed that such cases are currently being examined also with the administrative proceedings.
