Features of legal support of the digital economy infrastructure in Russia and foreign countries

The article examines the issues of legal support for the infrastructure of the digital economy, theoretical and practical problems of the formation and functioning of digital infrastructure. The author notes that the concept of digital infrastructure is controversial in terms of the composition of its elements and the nature of its origin. The author analyzes the foreign experience of building digital economy infrastructure in Nigeria, China, Singapore and Tunisia, as well as in the EAEU member states. The author formulates a conclusion about the features of the national digital infrastructure organization system and the requirements for its legal support: national orientation, taking into account advanced foreign experience, public-private partnership, as well as competent interaction between science, business and society.
