Features of the legal status of the state entities at the present stage

Аbstrаct. In article the legal status of the state entities as subjects of financial legal relationship is considered. Characteristics of these relations arising during creation, distribution and use of the decentralized funds of a money are analysed. It is revealed that the market economy can't exist without a public sector and it is proved need of enhancement of management of the state-owned and municipal property.
