Features of the legal status of minors in civil proceedings

This article discusses the main provisions and problems of the implementation of juvenile justice in the Russian Federation. Since the problems of the realization of the rights and legitimate interests of minors in the Russian Federation should be given serious attention due to their significance. Based on the research below, it should be noted that the civil procedural status of a minor remains practically unexplored, therefore it requires amendments and additions to the articles of Russian legislation.
