Features of legal regulation of enterprise leases

This article discusses legal issues that arise in connection with the lease of an enterprise as a property complex. Also investigated are the problematic aspects related to the protection of the rights of creditors and the protection of the labor rights of employees of the enterprise, which are not regulated by the current civil legislation of the Russian Federation.
