Features of legal regulation of real estate in the Russian Federation and in the member-states of the European Union

In the article problems of legal regulation of real estate in Russia and and in the member-states of the European Union are investigated. The article zeroes in on the analysis of statutes legislative and other normative legal acts of the RF, regulating legal relationship in the sphere of the real estate and its practical application, including adjudication of the corresponding disputes in court.
