Features of legal regulation of responsibility for rape according to the legislation of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia (in comparison with the Russian legislation)

The article contains a comparative study of the responsibility for rape in the criminal legislation of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia in comparison with the Russian legislation. The author concludes that some legislative solutions reflected in the criminal laws of Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia are not quite successful. Specific qualifying signs of rape in the legislation of each of the States are shown; sanctions for the offense are compared.
