Features of the legal regulation of service in the Mongolian police: comparative legal aspect

Introduction. The article reveals the features of the legal regulation of state service in the police office of Mongolia. Analyzing actual normative acts, the authors conducted a comparative legal study of the legislation of the state service of two states: Russia and Mongolia, establishing common trends and development prospects. Materials and Methods. The research materials were legal acts of Mongolia, such as the Laws of Mongolia «On State Service"» and «On Police Office». In the course of the research, a comparative legal approach was applied, and an analysis of Russian and Mongolian legislation of state service was carried out. The results of the study: The brief analytical review conducted in the article allowed us to consistently reveal the general trends in the development of legislation of police service in Mongolia. At the same time, the authors also paid special attention to highlighting the most actual problems related to serving in the Mongolian police, and identified some important points in the comparative aspect with the modern Russian law enforcement system. Findings and conclusions. The analysis revealed the general trends in the development of legislation of police office in Mongolia. At the same time, the authors paid special attention to the analysis of existing problems of the police service.
