Specific features of the legal regulation of the divoration of marriage in roman law

The article examines the features of divorce in Roman law. The reasons and methods of divorce are analyzed, estimates of domestic experts are given. The author comes to the conclusion that the order of dissolution of marriages in Roman law in each of the periods had its own specifics. And also most of the views of Roman law fill the present reality, indicating their universality.
