Features of legal regulation of territorial planning of real estate in part of the establishment of zones with special conditions for the use of the territory (on the example of the national guard troops of the Russian Federation)

An analysis of the theoretical and legal content of the general definition of a zone with special conditions for the use of the territory is carried out. Certain features of the legal regulation of the territorial planning of defense and security facilities of the National Guard troops in the process of establishing such zones are revealed. Attention is focused on the need to develop legal acts regulating the area of activity under consideration.
