Features of legal regulation of remote workers' work

The article examines the features of the legal regulation of the work of remote workers, which has an important role in labor law. The position that it is necessary to clearly distinguish between an employee whose work activity takes place directly in the premises of the employer and an employee working remotely is substantiated. The very meaning of the labor activity of these employees is revealed.
