Features of legal regulation of the labor of medical workers

The article deals with issues related to the labor of medical workers. The authors draw conclusions and recommendations concerning the duration, organization and planning of the working hours of medical workers; time of rest of medical workers etc. The authors present the results of expert evaluation of medical workers engaged in outpatient reception hours, as well as references to examples of judicial practice that highlight certain problematic aspects. Based on the analysis, the authors make recommendations on how to change the legislative base of the Russian Federation, and first of all, to make changes to the subordinate legal acts and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
