Features of legal regulation of management in joint stock companies

The article presents the main theoretical and practical provisions defining the legal regulation of the management of a joint-stock company, and outlines proposals to fill in the gaps identified in the study of Russian legislation. It is indicated that the legal conflicts that have arisen in the regulation of this type of legal relations can indicate a flaw in the theoretical aspects of the legal regulation of the activities of a joint-stock company, and contribute to the improvement of the management system, the responsibility of the company, and, accordingly, improve the efficiency and protection of the rights of shareholders - participants of joint-stock companies.
