Features of the legal status of minors in Russia

This article discusses the problems associated with the regulation of the legal status of minor children under modern civil law, and also suggests ways to solve these problems. Special attention is paid to the role of State bodies in ensuring the protection of the rights of the child as an individual. The relevance of this topic is determined by the fact that the legal aspects of the problems of protecting and promoting the rights of the child, including the legal status of children, need a certain rethinking. The provisions of the national legislation of States, including normative legal acts regulating the legal status of children, are not uniform.
