Features of the legal status of special citizens categories under the passengers carriage contract in civil law

In this article author carries out the comparative analysis of legal position of citizen’s separate categories in the contract of passenger transportation based on the example of several Russian regions located in the Northwest Federal district territory of the Russian Federation. For the implementation the tasks of the study, set forth in this article, author uses the relevant normative legal acts of federal and regional legislation. In order to create a single integrated system, aimed at changing the situation in the field of passenger transport of citizen’s certain categories, considered in the framework of the study conducted by the author, the most rational and logical ways to solving the main problems outlined in the article are proposing.
