Features of legal status of subjects of copyright and related rights in the Eurasian Economic Union countries

Purpose: To analyze the current issues of the legal status of subjects of copyright and related rights in the EAEU countries. Methodology: System, legalistic, historical, comparative and statistical methods were used. Results: The proposals and conclusions are based on the analysis of international law, as well as the regulatory legal acts of the Eurasian Economic Union countries in force at the moment. The relevance and practical significance of this article is high due to analyzing the legal status of subjects of copyright and related rights in the EEU countries. The special significance of this study lies in the fact that the developed theoretical principles of this work can be used in the future for the purpose of further studying and considering issues and problems of the legal status of copyright and related rights in the EEU countries. Therefore, by the research the author contributes significantly to the theoretical part of civil law. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a high scientific value, since it is one of the first attempts to consider topical problematic issues of the legal status of subjects of copyright and related rights in the EEU countries.
