Features of the legal status of spouses as business entities

In the article, the author determines the legal status of the spouses of entrepreneurs and examines the special signs of their entrepreneurial activity, in contrast to other entities. Features of legal regulation of the activities of spouses-entrepreneurs are revealed and positive trends in the development of legislation in the regions of Russia are revealed. It was concluded that it is necessary to modernize the current legislation in order to consolidate the status of spouses of entrepreneurs in the norms of federal legislation.
