Features of legal socialization of contemporary Russian youth in the period of anomization

This article is devoted to the legal socialization of modern Russian youth in anomie. The article presents a theory of personality development stadial L. Kohlberg relation to the legal socialization of youth. The younger generation of Russia is described as the most important component of human capital, social resources, with the development of which is directly related to the establishment of the rule of law. Highlighted such important conditions of effective legal socialization of Russian youth, as the moral support of the primary agents of socialization, adequate and reliable sources of legal information, good education, assistance from the state in solving employment problems and develop the talents and abilities.
