Social service provision characteristics

The development of the Institute of social services has been at an active stage in recent years, thanks to the participation of non-governmental organisations. At the same time, in the field of social security law, there are different views on how to develop this institution, including both in terms of the participation of non-state structures and the application of civil law mechanisms in the provision of social services in the system of social services.
